Gainwell is now an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Organization

Gainwell is steadfast in its belief of espousing the value of ‘Excellence’ in all its processes, actions and business transactions. In line with the continuous process improvement, we had embarked on a journey of embedding Quality Management System to ensure world class service excellence for all our internal and external stakeholders.

Our commitment towards institutionalizing a robust, consistent and sustainable system and process has been accredited with ISO 9001:2015 certification during December, 2018. This certification has been awarded to us by the internationally acclaimed certification body – Bureau Veritas which is an UK based Quality standards & process certification body since 1828.

The certification encompasses 32 Gainwell locations including Head Quarters & Registered Office, all Zonal Headquarters, SEB MARC site and Dankuni Warehouse. This certification confirms Gainwell’s processes & operations being carried out from the aforesaid locations are in line with the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System.
