A historic celebration: Caterpillar’s centennial and Gainwell’s Legacy

Caterpillar officially kicked off its year-long centennial celebration, and we were proud to be a part of this remarkable journey at the Bharat Construction Equipment Expo. With a strong focus on innovation and cutting-edge technologies, we brought an immersive and interactive experience to all attendees.

The celebration was further enhanced by Caterpillar’s commemoration of 50 years of manufacturing excellence, while Gainwell marked over eight decades as a CAT dealer.

We were honoured to have Shri Sunil Barthwal, Secretary of Commerce & Industry at the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, visit our stall, adding prestige to the event.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ramesh Muthuraman, Director of Operations—Industrial Power System Growth, Mr. Vivek Vanmeeganathan, Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations, Mr. Amit Bansal, Director of Sales & Marketing, and the entire Caterpillar team for their participation and support throughout the event.

The four-day event witnessed strong attendance from current and potential clients across the northern region, along with distinguished defence leaders such as Major General Deepak Berry and Brigadier Shri Alok V Mishra. Among Gainwell dignitaries were Mr Manav Kohli, COO – GCPL, Mr Deepak Jolly, Head – CI Business, and Ms Akanksha Chaturvedi, Head – Corporate Strategy, Offline Marketing & CRM.

Our showcase featured iconic construction equipment like the CAT 424 Backhoe Loader and showcased the latest technological advancements, including CAT Connect for electric power asset management.

This impressive display celebrated the industry’s rich history and set the stage for the future of construction equipment.
