RPM Announces Indian Partnership Agreement with Gainwell Commosales Private Limited (Gainwell)

Runge Pincock Minarco Limited (ASX: RUL) [RPM] has today announced it has entered into a business partnership agreement with Gainwell Commosales Private Limited (Gainwell). Under the agreement, Gainwell have been appointed as a software sales agent, support and services provider for RPM’s leading mining software solutions and services in the Indian and Bangladesh markets.

Over the past seven decades, Gainwell has been driving India's growth both in Infrastructure and Mining. They have emerged as one of the leading providers of a wide range of mobile construction and mining equipment. Gainwell also sell and support the finest global technologies.

Together with RPM’s regional and global teams, Gainwell will bring a breadth of local knowledge and experience to address industry pain points through the delivery of leading enterprise software solutions, local support and expert consulting advice.

Commenting on this new partnership, RPM’s CEO and Managing Director Richard Mathews said “As we strengthen our commitment to specialist mining software solutions, we look to engage with partners who have wide skillsets and strong client relationships. Our partnership with Gainwell is a natural fit for our software strategy in India.”
